Your mission
Machine Learning Projects:
- Collaborate with Data Scientist, Product & Project Team to define, refine research objectives related to social media analytics
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models for processing and analysing social media data, including text, images, videos & network relations
- Extract relevant features from social media data and develop techniques to transform unstructured data
- Perform exploratory data analysis, visualisation & statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in social media data
- Explore advanced techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning & graph analytics
- Use and fine tune pre-trained models & LLMs
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data analysis and social media to propose innovative solutions
- Be in charge of the catalogue of parametrised SQL queries used by the project team to retrieve data needed for standard projects
- Execute special data requests This includes using 3rd party APIs as well as extracting data from the web and preparing data
- Preprocess data for the project team using SQL, Python & Google Sheets
- Support the project team in ongoing client projects. This includes creating/updating dashboards in Google Data Studio, creating slides and labelling data for Consumer Insights Analysis, Social Landscape Analysis, on-going reportings and ad hoc account analysis.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Physcis, Mathematics or a related field
- Good understanding of ML algorithms and techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning and NLP
- Experience with programming in Python and ML libraries/frameworks
- Proficient in data manipulation, preprocessing and visualisation using SQL and Python
- Knowledge of statistical analysis & experimental design
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, strong communication, self motivated and eager to learn and apply new concepts and technologies
