The Store Services team is responsible for all IT service management aspects and processes in order to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications in the 1500 C&A stores and locations in 18 countries across Europe.

As the Tech Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, monitoring, and continuously improving our IT services. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of IT services, adhering to agreed service levels, and driving customer satisfaction.


Your responsibilities at C&A:


  • Actively develop, implement and improve our service landscape to meet business needs.
  • Analyse and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Escalation Management in strong alignment with the ITIL Framework.
  • Create specifications, process documentation, and change requests to improve IT service delivery.
  • Initiate and drive improvements in services using service reporting, feedback channels, and other tools.
  • Contribute to the expansion of knowledge management, monitoring and event management, and operational processes such as hardware ordering processes.


Minimum education:


  • Proficiency in ITIL service management methods, ideally supported by relevant certificates.
  • A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field.
  • Your skills background should include, but is not limited to:
  • Previous experience in the retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management methods.
  • Creative approach to service quality and improvement measures, with excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder effectively and meet deadlines successfully.
  • Fluency in English and working proficiency in German (B1/B2 level is needed) to be able to connect with local teams and suppliers
