Verantwortlichkeiten
- Zubereitung und Ausgabe der täglichen kalten und warmen Speisen nach Anweisung
- Verkauf und Ausgabe von Speisen im Bereich Betriebsrestaurant
- Bedienung der Kasse (Bargeldloses Zahlungssystem)
- Mithilfe und Betreuung von Sonderveranstaltungen wie auch im Konferenzservice
- Fachgerechter Umgang mit Lebensmittel und Arbeitsgeräten
- Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- Ausführung von Reinigungsleistungen u. a. Spülen von Geschirr
Anforderungen
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft Küche, Beikoch oder vergleichbar oder Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Gastronomie von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Hygiene und Qualitätsmanagement
- Team– und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln
