- You are the first point of contact for our guests for all questions relating to their reservation
- You will keep up to date with the services and offers of our hotels: Our guests feel very well advised and will be happy to book with you again
- Satisfied guests - you are in close contact with the hotels and pass on their personal wishes for a perfect stay
- You will processing guest reservations via all our communication channels
Unsere Anforderungen
- A Guest Service Associate must multi-task (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impact to the guest
- Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions to navigate multiple programs and screens quickly and accurately
- You have strong telephone, computer skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team
- You are fluent in English and one of these languages: German, French, Dutch, Czech, Swedish
